How one local tackled his 'electronics corner'

Shams Barnhart does his part for the environment. He walks or bikes whenever possible, shops at Farmers Market, and 'just says no' to bottled water.

It wasn't until he borrowed a Kill A Watt meter from CEC that he discovered the importance of yet another extremely simple action he could take.
