Hundreds Get Energized
at Earth Day

611 people took the Get Energized pledge during the Earth Day Festival--doubling pledgers in just one day, preventing almost 5 million lbs. of CO2 from entering our atmosphere and saving over $730,000.

Congresswoman Lois Capps felt the momentum of the day, specifically mentioning Get Energized on the solar-powered stage of the festival and urging people to go take the pledge!

Grace Lutheran hosts
Green Sunday

By hosting CEC’s first Green Sunday program on April 6th, Grace Lutheran is focusing on local solutions to stop global warming!

Every major spiritual tradition recognizes the need to be stewards and protect future generations.

Local faith groups are partnering with the Community Environmental Council to host a Green Sunday to help with global warming--and your congregation could be next!
